sleep.......

sleep anything about sleep..

how much sleep do you get a day...

where was the wiredest place you woke up...

anything!!!!.....

Lauren 03-08-2007 10:35 PM

I usually average 2 hours of sleep a night... I know, but I have sleeping problems. Sometimes I take Nytol, but not all the time cos I'll end up needing them to sleep. It's easy to mess up my sleeping pattern cos I never WANT to sleep.

Also, I once woke up with a pair of scissors in my back.
Edit: Just to clarify, the scissors weren't stabbed in me.

gracie24 03-08-2007 10:40 PM

When I sleep, I sleep loads.
But I can also cope on a small amount of sleep.
I have a very strange sleeping pattern too!

Ruth*Star 03-08-2007 10:43 PM

I try to sleep 8 hours a night but at the moment i am avaraging 6 hours, i need sleep because i take tablets that make me really drowsy.

Billy 03-08-2007 10:44 PM

I sleep the week and not the week end. I'm clubbing since the age of 14 then I took the habit to be awake for a long time. In France, the tradition is that we have to sleep between 30 minutes and 1 hours the afternoon, I do that a lot during my holidays, all the house is asleep, it's great.

Sophii3x 03-08-2007 11:24 PM

I don't really have a sleep pattern anymore. When I go out I'm back at 2-4 in the morning so I sleep most of the day afterwards.

Wierdest place I've woken up is probably the kitchen floor, with the hamster cage right beside my arm!

sol 03-08-2007 11:31 PM

I love my sleep. I slept 12 hours last night! :conf2:

Princess 04-08-2007 12:43 AM

I'm sleeping a lot at the moment. I think I have somnia! I'm constantly tired. I sleep from around 4/5-1.

I havn't woken up anywhere weird but I have been around 2 inches from the floor sometimes when I wake up.

CassetteFinger 04-08-2007 01:01 AM

Ummm not sure at all.

Legend 04-08-2007 02:25 AM

I usually go to bed around this time and rise anytime between 12 and 3. I hope it's nearer the 3 end tomorrow.

~Kizwiz~ 04-08-2007 09:48 AM

I normally get about 6-8 hours sleep. But as I am heavily pregnant sleep is needed but sometimes very hard to get. I have to sleep on a duvet as its comfortable on the bump.

But then I am a clock watcher..... I cant sleep without knowing the time and this can be annoying as I wake up on the hour every hour just to see what the time is.

Dr43%er 04-08-2007 10:12 AM

Lauren, if you are having trouble sleeping try lying on the edge of the bed. You will soon drop off

Thank you. I'll be here all week.

Ann 04-08-2007 10:23 AM

I have no problem sleeping im very similar to ruth*star where I have to get alot of sleep as I do take tablets every day and I do get tired alot with them too but I am normally ok if I stick to the same pattern and yes I have ended up on the floor beside my bed a couple of times HA! HA! :spin:

Mrluvaluva 04-08-2007 01:12 PM

I fell asleep once on a bench waiting for a taxi as the queue was so long. When I woke up at 5am there was no queue!

Hahah, was actually quite good.

Nicola 06-08-2007 11:36 AM

I average about 6-9 hours of sleep per night, depending on when I get to bed and whether I need to be up for something the next morning. I very rarely nap during the day unless I'm ill or really tired, then I'll have a nap for about an hour.

Stu 06-08-2007 11:38 AM

Sleep and me dont get along much at all. I watch wrestling live every monday until 4 in the morning which tends to **** up my body clock for the rest of the week.

sarahtheangel 06-08-2007 11:39 AM

between 6-8 hours a night but sometimes i will have a cat nap in the afternoon lol .
