There’s a new arrival in the Big Brother house: the green-eyed monster. Yep, that’s right, Ziggy is struggling to cope with the fact that, without Chanelle, he’s pretty much a nobody, and new hot couple Brian and Amanda are total somebodies. He’s even been trying to stir up trouble between the new lovebirds – last night, he urged Amy to go and flirt with Brian “for a laugh” and has also been muttering bitterly about the attention Brian will get from the ladies when he leaves the house. In fact, he’s so unhappy about being a lonely old man that in the early hours of this morning he turned to the nearest camera and begged “Chanelle please come back, I am sorry for everything that's happened, please come back.” Mmm, the sweet, sweet smell of desperation...

What a horribly biased article that is. Jealous my @rse. Spiteful saddos at Heat. Clearly Chanelle fans.

It makes me laugh how Ziggy can still do nothing right in the eyes of some people. He has been a great HM and certainly been on the biggest journey in the house.

What would he get out of doing that, there friends.

I could see Chanelle doing that if Ziggy had left and she stayed but I've seen enough to know Ziggy isn't that bad.

I think it's a real shame that Ziggy has come in for so much stick about the Chanelle drama. At the end of the day Chanelle was no Angel at all, she was not a victim of any crime, she happily got involved with Ziggy in the hope that she would get more TV hours and paid the price when he wanted to back out. You would think he beat her, or something equally vile, poor lad.

I agree the thing which is worse of all is how they haven't highlighted his whole journey...being the lone male, getting with a control freak and being sooooo depressed and now he is quite fun again and has shown himself to be a decent guy. He has been through a heck of alot...more than Brian and the twins put together yet isn't in contention to make the final 4.

Brian is mates with him and all Ziggy does is big Brian up. Saying he's a good looking lad who'll get loads of modelling work, more than bothhim and liam put together.

How pathetic, she should keep as far away from him as possible on the outside.

If only minor violence was alowed in BB, i'd love to see Liam/Brian give him something to remember his time by.

I do think what happened has been twisted out of proportion greatly in that article. I really don't think the Brian/Amanda 'relationship' affects Ziggy to such an extent. At the same time however, I do feel now that Chanelle's gone Ziggy needs to focus on bringing out his own personality and involvement a lot more if he wants to go as far as he can.

He seems lucky in the sense that none of his fellow housemates tend to nominate him. But at the end of the day his relationship with Chanelle dominated a large part of his time in the series, and, despite it having its numerous ups and downs, probably benefited him more than he imagined.

I just saw Sam and Amanda messing around with Ziggy last night with Brian looking over enviously from the side-lines. If he wanted to get involved then he should have done. I don't think it has anything to do with Ziggy's plan.
