She said stuff like the jewish people are selfish(compairing them to one of the contestant who is jewish), that they have big noses. She also said her grandma, and mother dont like jewish people because they are greedy , selfish.... basically horrible people

Big Brother USA has always been plagued by racism sadly.

Big Brother 1: Eddie constantly made racist black jokes, but Endemol had much bigger problems that year.

Big Brother 4: Erika referred to a Korean housemate as fresh off the boat piece of sh*t.

Big Brother 6: Ivette was constantly making references of Kaysar and being a terrorist. Janelle also saying that Russians only have sex with Americans to feel better about themselves.

None of them were ever ejected and all of them were actually popular, except Ivette with the public. However, this incident I think has the best chance of resulting in a ejection. I think so because it has been reported in the news and early this year the network CBS canceled one of it's radio shows call Imus in the morning after he referred to a basketball that was majority black as nappy headed hoes. After being on for decades, he was canceled. Also the man who set up CBS was jewish. In the words of Amber, Grodner sounds like a Jewish name, so surely she would stand up for her religion. Grodner is the producer.

BB USA wouldn't take the risk to be scandalous and outrageous, it's too hard for them, it's not like in UKn they want to keep their viewers and even if they have to hide what happened with Amber. Threfore they will do nothing against her.

they cant ide waht happened with Amber. Its all over the news and on youtube. And if they didnt want people to kow, they have a delay on their live feed and sound cuts, they could have hidden it. My theory is, that they are gonna wait until todays show to out Amber, because if they did it before, it wouldnt change anything about the eviction tonight. BUt if they wait until before the eviction, they can boot Amber out, and save america's player at the same time.

They won't do it like on CBS during the live show it's impossible. And of course they will hide it tonight it's obvious they don't want any drama outside, maybe they think people will calm down and all will be very quiet.

I'm sorry for bringing this up, but this situation if just as bad if not worse than what happened with Emily this year. I mean, Amber was completely serious about it. Whether you thought it was a form of racism or not, you can't deny Emily said it as a joke. Amber wasn't joking at all. What she said would seriously offend a lot of people. I hope they take action against her.

Yeah its much worst than Emily's. But BB USA didnt have the problem of CBB5 that BB Uk had, so they had to act quicker. I do hope Amber gets the boot though, I dont know

Well at least whenever Showbiz Tonight tried to contact CBS they was no response, so maybe they are thinking about it.

I sent emails to CBS, Endemol USA, and Alison Grodner Productions asking if they would be doing anything to Amber. They never replied so I decided to call CBS. A woman answered saying CBS Television how may I help her. I asked her what CBS, Endemol USA, and Alison Grodner Productions planned on doing about Amber. The woman didn't even know what I was talking about. She then transferred my call to another woman. I asked her the same thing. She seemed to know what I was talking about. She asked my name and where I was calling from. She told to hold. I was on hold for about three minutes. When she returned she said that she was going to transfer my call to the head of CBS Television viewer something. I asked him the same question. He asked me in terms of what. I asked if she would be ejected? He said as far as he knows there are no such plans. I then asked him if he was aware of the controversy with similar things in international big brother. He said that CBS owned the show. I then knew that this guy, probably didn't know what he was talking about. He then said that we distribute the show to other countries. I then asked CBS owns the show? He then said the version that we air and the format that we have. I then asked him if he was aware that it was all over the media. That it was the most watched video on youtube and even being reported in British newspapers. So I then said so just to confirm there are no plans to punish her. He said throughout the years we have done these reality shows and have had contestants that have outlandish views. The punishment is the way that the public reacts to them.

So as far as he knows nothing is going to happen to Amber.

Wow, good job dtd2. I am not surprised about the comment that cbs owns the show. A lot of these people are employees and dont know nothing about the show in particular. But I am sure it wasnt the right person to ask. If something was gonna be done, I dont think he would know. I did complain to endeamol USA, and CBS. We'll wait and see. Its safe to say, if they dont mention anything in tonights show, nothing will happen!

Well Amber isn't the only one who has made bad statements, as I pointed out earlier, but others have made racist comments even this year. This video someone posted shows highlights or really lowlights of that.

Why would you go through all of that troulbe? Amber did not break one rule. She never threatened violence or actually hurt anybody. She has done nothing to be ejected from the house. What she said was stupid, but it is inherently a part of Big Brother. By the way, when did Judaism become a race (people are referring to anti-Semitism as racism, it technically isn't). By the way, I can't stand Amber and this isn't condoning what she said.

What she has done is unnaceptable, the producers have to do something or just apologise during the live show, it's not because you are locked in a house playing with competitions and people's nevers that you can say that, what she said is not an opinion, it's offensive, my best friend is jewish and I don't think he will be glad to know what happened, his name is Benjamin and I wouldn't say "hey mate your name is jewish then all jewish people are called Benjamin".
