Yeah they were. the house was bigger than it was in 1 and 2.

BB3 was the first season at the Elstree Studios.

Like I said in the other thread...

All series since Big Brother 3 were broadcast from Elstree Studios in Hertfordshire.

Prior to this, it was broadcast from the Three Mills Studios in Bow, London.
