The group started the ‘Body’ part of their Mind, body and soul task today with an ASSAULT COURSE in the garden.

The course includes monkey bars, a balance beam, stepping tyres, retrieving an item from the pool and a net crawl.

After completing the course, they’ll have the day to “fine tune” their bodies, preparing to do the course AGAIN later on today.

If they haven’t improved their times by 10%, they will fail the task.

And whoever slashes their time most will become Body Guru and will be safe from this week’s public vote.

Ziggy, one of the most muscular housemates, doesn’t have to take part in the body part as he is already Mind Guru.

Carole wasn't happy about the task, and immediately started complaining about having no upper body strength.

I'm Asumming That Liam will be the next Guru since he has good upper body strength.

liam probably will win immunity because he so strong, but then again would he make a huge improvement on his second assault course run?

You would just take your time doing the first one and go fast on the second!
