The four Big Brother stars nominated as gurus will have the final say on who is evicted this week.

After viewers' opinions are counted to find the two housemates with the most votes, the gurus must choose one to leave.

A show source said: "This is a twist to stir things up in the house and cause even more rows.

"Only the gurus can make the decision, without help from other housemates, and it's sure to upset some friendships."

Ziggy, twins Sam and Amanda and Tracey have all won tasks to qualify as gurus and are safe from the boot this Friday.

Tracey was the final guru to be announced after a lie detector test. She tied with Brian but housemates decided she should win because she has faced eviction so many times.

Afterwards Tracey came out of the diary room in full guru get-up. She said: "Check me. It's Mrs Guru, cheers everyone."

Odds to win: Brian 13-8, Amanda and Sam 3-1, Liam 13-1, Ziggy 64-1, Tracey 74-1, Carole 129-1, Gerry 159-1, Jonty 209-1, Kara-Louise 209-1.

THE BB gurus get the ultimate bad karma test on Friday — evicting a fellow housemate.

The four chosen ones will pick one of two contestants with the most votes to be axed.

BB has already announced that every housemate who FAILS to become a guru will be up for eviction.

But what housemates don’t know is the two with the most votes will be at the mercy of the four, who include Ziggy, Amanda and Sam plus Tracey — who won the final part of the Mind, Body and Soul task last night.

The cleaner drew with Brian in the lie detector test after both answered all their questions truthfully.

But Big Brother announced only one could be made the Soul guru.

Each housemate — apart from Mind guru Ziggy and Body gurus Amanda and Sam — had to stand up and say which one they thought should win.

Carole voted for Tracey, saying: “She’s consistent and has faced the public vote four times. The chances of the public ousting Brian are minimal.”

Kara-Louise and Gerry chose her for the same reason, with Gerry adding: “Tracey doesn’t deserve to pack her suitcase again.” Jonty chose the raver “as you have stood by me 110 per cent of the way”.

Geordie hunk Liam was the only one to pick Brian, arguing: “Brian deserves to be a guru.”

Tracey was called to the Diary Room and emerged in her guru wig — adding she was “ready to go raving”.

The lie detector task also threw up a number of interesting confessions.

Gerry admitted that he would betray another housemate to win the £100,000 prize, but later explained: “I wouldn’t kill anyone.”

The gay Greek also confessed that he fancied someone in the house, leaving male contestants wondering who.

Carole was asked if she fancies Ziggy — but the answer was ‘No’. Tracey and the other gurus remain blissfully unaware of the difficult decision they face on Friday live show.

A BB insider said: “This will be a real shock for the housemates as they think the public will decide. The gurus could take revenge on a housemate they don’t like — it could get messy.”

Ziggy became the Mind guru after having the most improved IQ test score on the second attempt. Body gurus Amanda and Sam won their titles with the most improved assault course time.

The four chosen ones must wear white beards, wigs and robes until Friday to show their guru status.

Lines open tonight at 7.30pm for viewers to choose who faces eviction.

Only one housemate being evicted this week? Guess it'll be two minimum next week then unless they want a huge crowd in for the final week.

A twist I like!!! And they are all fairly awkward people to evict. Jonty or Kara methinks.

If it's just one eviction and it seems so then this is just another twist (Fix) to save Carole for as long as possible. The public are all most certain to vote Carole and Kara and when the gurues are asked to choose they will of course save Carole as much as she gets on their nerves. Kara because she is dull and a new housemate will be sacrificed.....
