Big Brother Just As Sick As The Jerry Springer Show
 

The big brother show is sick. After a few episodes i just think that the organization that "owns" big brother is gettin alot of money out of viewers obbesivley watchin this show and watchin other people crash and burn. I just think it is so sick how big brother always try to find a way to make other housemates upset with each other...wether failing a task or finding out who nominated them. To be honest i think that even the house mates are just as sick as these organizations as they are all in there obviously for the money & fame and any1 who wants to believe that sum1 is in there for the experience is not realistic. Big brother and the orangizations to produce big brother have just put this "SICK" show together for an uneducated audience at the expense of other peoples feelings and experience...HOW ON EARTH IS THIS ENTERTAINMENT?!

I watched it on Sky B.O ages ago I read the read up thing it said "it big bro gone evil" two weeks later the BB 5 ads came up saying "big bro goes evil" spooky

There's a guy at the end that says something like 'there'll always be another seven suckers'.

That's the way I feel about BB. They know what they are signing up for but they still do it.

I believe many people want to get on Big Brother for exactly that reason. The human condition has been an interesting topic since the 60s and a lot of people want in on the experiments. The money alone can't be reason enough for most sane people to bare all about themselves just for a lousy few bob and a crap career in telly which will fizzle out sooner than it starts. Because face it, you go on BB and everyone knows yer shizzle then you can quickly become a hasbeen. Simple as, it's a rocky road, I couldn't do it, but I'd love to be brave enough to, for my own curiosity.

And you cheeky bugger! You have no place to call us BB's fans "uneducated", even if you did just read it somewhere else. Might be worth noting your written skillz is not up ta skratch! ;)

Alright, first of all, some of the housemates have actually admitted that they are in there for fame, the ones who havnt ..dont want to bcuz...it just makes them look good.
Ofcourse you big brother fans are uneducated .if you guys get thrills out of watchin other people arguing or break down and cry and then go and spend your life "watching" and talking about these individuals then yes, you would be classed as uneducated becuz at least you would get a clue that the big brother organization is actually making money out of this whole thing at the expense of an individual's "Feelings" and for you just to sit and watch all this happen..what does that say about the kind of person you are?

bcuz the Big Brother Show is TV at its simplest and in the most degrading form that wil be easily understood and enjoyed by uneducated people.

Thats what i was trying to do, tell all of you what i thought bcuz you are the kinda people that watch big brother, instead of sitting there watchin big brother mayb you should realise a few things.

Since you are pushing the point about watching the show and being educated.
Here's my input.

For someone who has this opinion, you seem to know a lot about the show, therefore you must, like us watch it a fair bit!

You've, at this point posted 69 posts, rather a lot for someone who feels the way you do!!

Also, regarding being educated, your punctuation and spelling are awful.

I'm 49, educated, run my own successful business and like many BB fans enjoy the show.

If you don't like it, don't watch it and leave us alone.

By saying that it shows how narrow minded you are as a person and that is far worse than being uneducated. I, and alot of my friends who watch BB are university graduates. We still watch BB. Does that make us uneducated? Keep your narrow minded comments to yourself.

No one is forced to appear. No one is forced to watch. It is what you call freedom of choice by consenting adults.

One can judge whether or not a show is entertaining or not from a personal point of view. To label a show sick or viewers sick because they watch what they want to watch is perhaps not all that healthy.......When it comes to percieved offensive programms the most intelligent thing to do is censor one self then you won't get upset....

Shows like BB are actually quite healthy. reason. it gives viewers a chance to learn about judging people. It gives viewers a chance to be happy when favourites are happy. it gives viewers a chance to vent off feelings of anger to enjoy a good old stress relieving moan without upsetting others other than fellow BB posters maybe.:bigsmile:

Reality shows are about fun at the end of the day. Don't be so up tight. Relax and enjoy. or switch off and take up knitting.

I’m not sure I understand the link between you not liking the show and everything that it stands for and your point that it’s viewers are uneducated :puzzled:

You have said nothing to convince me that watching big brother makes a person uneducated either.

When you place everyone in a box, it just shows ignorance because you can’t possibly know the level of education of every big brother fan :nono:

Could it just be that you are angry at the show and are dissipating your anger at it’s fans because they are your only outlet?

I suggest that if you dislike it that much, do not watch it, do not join forums just to start arguments over why you don’t watch it and let the rest of us watch whatever the hell we want because last time I checked, it was a free country!! :bigsmile:
