I think the gurus shud have been called to the diary room to discuss who to evict. Carole wud have been evicted only Gerry said he wud go.

Not sure what the outcome would have been, they may argue and moan about her but they all have come out saying she should win, but they certainly should have done more to stop either of them influencing the voting. Sending them to the diary room would of done it (before telling the gurus they had to decide that is)

yes they should have.. this year the housemates have an annoying habit of ruining twists and tasks
if gerry hadnt given his influence some would have picked carole and caused tension
they all decided to fail tasks eg. no sleep task and sardine task which ended up cutting the tasks short
and more which they have done but i cant think of them at the moment

Yes they should have, i was annoyed at Gerry making it sooooooooooooo easy for the Guru's.

It was a dull twist anyway you expected them to outright refuse or someone to step up and vote me and thats what happened. Fair play to Gerry for doing what he did although I wasn't a fan of him that was a good selfless motion which should be applauded.

i agree but God Big Brother has been week in making the twists harder to ruin they almost helping the housemates to ruin twists. last night making them choose in front of everyone obviously going to get influanced one way or another.....but before that during fake week telling Brian Pauline was Fake that just made passing the task so much easier.

Yes, they should've done that, the twist wasn't as good face-to-face. Gerry still would've went out anyway (as he knew he would, which is the only reason he offered to go) but he ruined the twist.

Another apparently ill thought out ruined twist. The Gurus should have voted without having to be influenced by a housemate wanting to go..

Then again it may not have been ill thought out at all. BB probably decide more so this year than any other who they want in or out at any given moment and twist the twist to ensure their wishes instead of the publics wishes.

In one way you can understand why BB are manipulating so much. Time and time again the public vote out the best (volatile/interesting) housemates weeks before the show is due to finish.....That means BB has to struggle to make a 13 week series remain interesting.

Impatient voting habits are as much to blame for a dull series as BB is itself.........Each. Both public and BB sabotage the purity of the format.....If this trend cannot be reversed then its time to close the curtain on BB for good....
