Why?

I can see tactical reasons for Jonty to go due to his having the highest odds on winning and thus being a rival to my clients, but that could be seen as being unethical.

I hope to be meeting Jonty's Cyber Guardian later this week, assuming he is back from sick leave, to discuss if it is in his best interest to exit now or not.
