I have been like that when drinking too much. Just try and sleep and before you know it, you'll be counting [sheep or housemates] - whatever you like? ha!

That's what they all say lol.

It's probably best to just go to bed and put a cold cloth on your head, it's worked for me in the past.

Actually - it happens to work perfectly. Get a bit more educated before you pass opinions. Your mother would not let you eat a fizzy pop - never mind drink alcohol - and you know that.
