Greatest Floorfiller

I was watching VH1 earlier and ithad a rundown of Greatest Floorfillers - songs that would get you up on the dancefloor!
The top 10 included the likes of 'I Will Survive', 'YMCA', Cant get you out of my head', 'Come on Eileen' and number 1 is one I would agree with - Abba, Dancing Queen' an absoulute classic.

Which song would you get up on the dancefloor for, no matter how much you hated dancing?:dazzler::colour::dance:

Nothing can beat Grease medley.

I also love Billie Jean by Michael Jackson - a classic!!

If you had to name 5 classic songs, ones that are not dated and are enjoyed by every one, what would they be? They dont have to be faves but ones that you just consider classics! Mine would be, not necessarily in this order...

Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
Unchained Melody - Righteous Brothers
I Will Always Love You - Whitney Houston
Time of My Life - Dirty Dancing
Angels - Robbie Williams

One of my faves is the one that Robin Williams' character is dancing to in Mrs Doubtfire during the kid's party. I think it's called "Jump Up" but I'm not sure.

Another is "Love shack" by the B-52s.

WILDCHILD 07-08-2003 08:03 PM

Weird you mentioned that kaphc because 'Jump Around' is a song that I have just this minute typed in to download. Its by House of Pain - brilliant song!

kaphc 08-08-2003 09:34 AM

Build me up Buttercup!

Aaah memories of 1967, down at the Brit rowing club next to the Forest Ground in Nottingham. The summer of love, mini skirts, flowers in my hair.........
