Amanda left heartbroken by past love
 

Big Brother's Amanda apparently snubbed Brian because she was left heartbroken by an uncaring ex.

The 19-year-old never got over breaking up with her boyfriend of two years, according to her dad Pete Marchant.

He told The Sun: "Amanda was really let down by a lad and it's changed her outlook on boyfriends. She was going out with a guy while she was at a college and really cared for him. But he didn't show her much respect -- he kept letting her down and it really affected her.

"He'd say, 'Let's meet up' or 'Let's go out for dinner', and end up cancelling or not showing up. She's not really had a relationship since."

Peter said they would welcome Brian into their house if the pair got together in the outside world.

"Brian seems like a lovely guy - I'm sure he'd make a great boyfriend," he added. "He's funny and has a big heart and I'm sure they could have hit it off in the real world."

aww bless amanda,i know only too well how that feels,been through exact same thing,i hope her and brian do get togehter on the outside world though-they`d make a lovely couple and he really cares for her.

Awwww poor Amanda, I hate guys like that :mad: I can't stand Brian, but I think they would make a nice cople, or even if she got with Liam, both good looking guys, and both love Amanda 2 bits.
