New Fan fiction section

Here down in the interactive archives is a section for fan fiction (see how creative you are, but let's not go over the top here  )

The old interactive story is here as well, and is a good repository of the early thinking from those of us who have long since departed.

andybigbro 02-09-2007 03:21 PM

Is this where you write stories?

Scarlett. 02-09-2007 03:23 PM

can they be about anything?

Sticks 02-09-2007 03:26 PM

andybigbro 06-09-2007 10:32 PM

That is the general idea...

You can see my first instalments - I hope to get back to it at the weekend after all my chores are done.

andybigbro 08-09-2007 03:05 PM

Does it have to be wierd like yours?

And Confusing?

TopzTom 08-09-2007 03:09 PM

I've just started writing a sixth series for Footballers' Wives (I know; I'm sad), so this is fantastic.

Thanks, Sticks.

From my archives might help

My latest screed is kind of a follow on from here.

BTW were you ever into Tolkien?

Read the first one through, as it is also a sort of history of how things happened on the Channel 4 forum where I used to post more often. I only went back there towards the end of BB8 in the Big Brother section. As for the C4 Reach forum, that is no more...

Sticks 15-09-2007 05:10 PM

This this help at all?

So what do you think of my offering?

cujo-man 24-09-2007 06:18 PM

Think I might give this a go.

What to write about though . . .

What you know, in theory

I have in mind to do a Christmas sequel to my little offering where a loose thread is picked up, with the addition of a new genre.

Assuming I get the time and inspiration.

Sticks 21-11-2007 04:19 PM

Looks like this section is picking up, inspite of the sceptics

BTW what happened to Andybigbro :conf:

Scarlett. 21-11-2007 08:52 PM

It sure is taking off :dance2:

Magic 21-11-2007 08:55 PM

I want some comments!

Well it seems it is just down to you and me Magic-Shoes churning out these stories. My fifth season of the Mystical Realms has to my surprise been occupying my thought processes heavily, especially as I got to go into an alien culture as it were in depth and the impact it has on the human hero, new heroine and the token human damsel in distress. I am now looking forward to concluding it so I can get it out of my head.

This morning on the bus I missed my stop because i was working out plot details

If anyone out there is reading this, how about diving in and having a go at being the next Tolstoy, Tolkien, Prust or if you must JK Rowling :cheer:

Will any of the regulars be submitting to this section during BB9?

Christina 30-05-2008 04:34 PM

I go on fanfiction.net, its quite good x

Sarah. 30-05-2008 04:37 PM

Lmao, my fanfiction is not really... 'appropriate'

Just visited over there.

My sister what I have been doing is not strictly Fan fiction. The first three seasons used Big Brother as a back drop, but further seasons moved away from that.

Does that site allow for original fiction or must it be based on tv shows and existing franchises?

Sticks 31-05-2008 05:20 AM

I have been working on the Seventh season première, it is just a question now of when to publish, since BB9 restarts on Thursday.

We have more people coming in, but more people will be talking about BB9 so anything else will vanish when you click Today's Posts

Reminder

Just a reminder to everyone that this section exists for budding authors and not just the likes of Magic, Chewy or myself

Also if anyone has not yet got through it, there is my Mystical Ralms Sagas season seven which I am flagging up, Yet again as I am working on Season eight which follows on from that.

Sorry for sounding like a broken record

Also More broken record, this is my season eight trailer again

I just hope I can live up to expectations.

That all said, how about someone doing a variant on some of the stories or pantos we get at Christmas or something like that.

Give it a go!
