Hello! Welcome to the biggest reality show to be ever shown on TiBB yet. It’s TiBB Does the Apprentice.
Based on the reality show ‘The Apprentice’, twelve forum members have signed up to fight for that all important job at TiBB Towers. TiBB Towers is the place where our candidates strive to work among the best of the best of forum moderators.

Well... sort of, in the real version of ‘The Apprentice’ candidates fight for a job working as an apprentice for Sir Alan Sugar, the head of Amstrad. So as a virtual game, twelve contestants are virtually fighting for a job to work at www.thisisbigbrother.com .

So there isn’t a real job up for grabs, it’s just for a bit of fun. There will also be a small karma reward!

How do they get that job? With blood, sweat and tears. Our twelve contestants will split into two teams, where they will battle against each other every 2/3 days. Winning a task will put a team through to the next round. Losing one will mean that one of them will be fired.

Here to decide who is fired and hired is super moderator, James. A TiBB hero and a well respected leader. Our teams will have to impress him in order to progress to the next stage of the show. Here to help him is his aides and also moderators, Amy and Mike. However, James makes the ultimate decision.

Woah this is going to be exciting!

The team will elect a team manager, a rewarding role if the team wins, but not so rewarding if the team loses. Victory as team leader will earn respect and it will be made sure that the team leader’s hard efforts are recognised. However, defeat means that the team leader will have to select two fellow team members to face the Boardroom. The Boardroom is a virtual place where the decision of who gets fired is made but is also used for the announcement of tasks. The losing team leader will have to select two candidates who have helped lead their team to defeat. This defeat may be caused by poor feedback or simply not being online much.

Tasks will involve contestants working together in order to secure their own places in the show. Teams may be slightly modified as tasks go on and each task will last for around 2/3 days.
