Not The Atkins Diet
 

I have heard so many people bang on about the Atkins Diet and how Carbohydrates are the most toxic substance known in the universe, etc. So in response this was one of my meals during the week

Spaggetti shapes in a baked spud

Looks highly nutritious Sticks. Perhaps lacking a little foliage. I think you should try a nice side salad or perhaps some lovely sprouts or other green leafy vegetable.

Tonight it is Coley fillet, boild potatoes in their skins and broccoli :thumbs:

I've even got a fridge magnet which states "I kiss better than I cook" (my OH bought me it!)
