I just met Lesley!
 

I bumped into Lesley today in town (I live not too far from her). I was out with a couple of friends, and she was looking in a shop window as we left, and I said hello, and she said "hello" as she went into the shop.

Then later, we passed her again, and she stopped and said "Oh, I saw you three earlier?" and we talked to her for about ten minutes about her life after Big Brother, and other housemates. She said that she was offered £60,000 to take her clothes off, adding that she takes her clothes off every night, but doesn't get paid for it, and that she's kept in contact with Chanelle because she thinks she'll need her when the money runs out. She said that she thought she looked more like Victoria Beckham then Chanelle did, and said the relationship between her and Ziggy was completely fake.

She was telling us about how her life is similar to how it was before, but with loads of people taking her picture, and she said she "wasn't quite used to the celebrity thing yet". At the end she told us never to aspire to be a "z-list celebrity" or a "footballers wife or something like that", and we assured her we wouldn't!

She was very nice, and just like she was on Big Brother. It was so cool!

She was really nice, and very witty. She told us she was shocked that Chanelle was now worth £1.5 million, because she hasn't done anything!

Wow Chanelle is worth 1.5 million! :shocked:. How does Lesley know this information???.

I asked her if she kept contact with any housemates, and she said Chanelle; it doesn't seem out of character for Chanelle to tell everyone how much she's worth. *shrug*

That's great, she sounds really nice! And clearly she has a lot of sense from what she said about Chanelle and the Chiggy relationship!

As some of you may know, I loved Lesley during BB8 - she's one of my top three housemates from this year, actually. I found her a facinating housemate and would've loved to have met her - you're very lucky, Dupin.

The nearest I've ever been to a housemate is a phone conversation with Aisleyne. :blush2:

Im really jealous of these people who are friends with one housemate, so they get to go to the parties etc and meet all the housemates personally and privately, whilst actually having a proper chat and a laugh!

Im gonna start taking my camera with me every where I go lol just in case i get lucky.Ive met loads of people from corrie,i just hung around the entrance to the set one day a few years back and saw them all passing in and out it was cool lol.As i was walkign down the road though i walked passed someone wearing dark glasses,i thought nothing of it but then when i turned around my mam was like ITS FIZZ! lol.I get really excited over meeting celebs.sad I know lol but its fun and exciting even if your not big fans of them:tongue:

I had my "prom" or "leavers doo" at secondary school, in a posh restaurant/hotel.

And the entire cast of corrie were in the next room having their own party/get together lol.

It annoys me when people brag they're friends with Amy Winehouse and bump into her downtown all the time. She's not really a decent role model...especially when she's trying to turn a song about rehab into a well known popular favourite that families would listen to etc >_<

I didn't ask, but she told me she was keeping contact with Chanelle.

I found out afterwards that one of the friends who was with me's mum helped Lesley buy her house pre-BB!
