The 4th series of the French Canada Big Brother is back and it's called Loft Story.

Like the french version, one boy and one girl will win the prize fund.

Also every week one man will leave the house and the week after, a girl will leave the house.

So after Julie & Samuel, Mathieu & Stephanie and Jean-Philippe & Kim who will be the winning couple of Loft Story 4 ?

Yes only the french part of Canada has its own version. :thumbs:

is not a state, its a province a**, and since Quebec speaks french they make there own shows therefore, they have there own version of Big Brother.

I do wish the rest of Canada had its own version :( Well im excited for this anyways!

WOW! you posted that like 10 seconds after me lol, yah, today in my french class my french teacher was telling us to use Vous and not Tu if your talking to an older person in France otherwise they get ofendid, Not in Quebec Though!

Also theres this exchange thing happening where if you want to you get to switch familys for a month! Im just to scared to do it because im not good at french atall! :| Have you heard of it? I guess it matters how old you are.

Yes I know how people from Quebec speak and yes french language is difficult and notlogic.
I'm 17 and I did so many exchanges lol don't worry you will have fun.

I really can't wait for this series, Kim was deffo the best housemate ever on Loft Story Quebec.

Oh thats cool. I dont think ill do it though, its pretty expensive since you have to fly from canada all the way to europe and for food and everything. You can also do other countrys depending on the language your studying. To bad theres not one for Quebec because then i could have fun and watch Loft Story lol. And yah Kim was cool, i font know if she was the best though ;) I bet you next season after this one they'll do a Secret Story kinda thing :P

I hope they will do a Secret Story series, that would be awesome ! I bet some countries will adopt this format ! :spin2:

I got some news for everyone:

First of all, the host, Marie Plourde said in "La Semaine", a local newspaper that 16 housemates will enter in the house, 8 boys, 8 girls...maybe an eviction during the launch ?

Finally about the house, the stairs that you can see on the picture go the diary room, and the bars of these stairs will take part during a task for the housemates....interesting !

Also, there is a new room, the bar/lounge instead of the gym (now in the garden).
The balcony is bigger than ever with natural light and more seats.
And finally, bye bye single beds because the bedrooms will contain some huge beds.

Loft Story 4 starts wednesday night.

did secret stories have a new format or something

i know it was a success and there be a forth series

First of all, Secret Story was called Loft Story in 2001 and 2002. After some huge scandals, M6 stopped airing the show. TF1 bought the rights and decided to air Loft Story, but with a new name and a new format....Secret Story.
However, Endemol confirmed it was the genuine Loft Story then we consider it's the 3rd series.

And yes, as it was a big success over here, a 4th series will be on ! :spin2:

Secret Story is easier to watch in the way they speak french, the real french.
The french language from Quebec is different in the way they have their own accents, some expressions and if you aren't concentrated you can't understand it.
Even me sometimes I'm like "What did he say ?" lol
