BIG Brother’s Nush told yesterday how she feared she would never walk again after her horrific mugging.

Nush, 23, shattered her knee in eight places and broke a thighbone after the thug grabbed her bag and shoved her to the ground.

Nush said: “I have a 12-inch metal rod in my thigh, extensive scars and metal wire pinning my knee together.

“I try to keep my spirits up, but I do get tearful and angry.”

Nush, who was attacked as she walked back from a Big Brother reunion party in Islington, North London, also revealed she IS friends again with ex-boyfriend Geoff Negus.

The pair split after he saw her snog fellow Big Brother star Scott — who was with her when she was mugged.

The attack ruined Nush’s immediate TV plans — including a presenting spot on MTV and a yoga video. But she is confident of making it on TV, adding: “I’m not going to let that mugger win. If anything, he’s made me more determined.”

Nush’s injuries left her with extensive scarring on her legs.

She said: “I didn’t think the scars were that ugly, but then a nurse said, ‘Ooh, those look bad. You won’t be able to show those on TV’. I felt devastated. It was a cruel thing to say.”
