I saw Jade in an advert last night during "Wife Swap". She looked good there, it was just a shame about the annoying nasal whinge voice!

Speaking of which, why on earth do mthese couples expose themselves and their families to this??

What's scarym is mthat I suspect they think they are all 'normal and a good example':shocked:

Although the disciplinarion Step dad with his written routines and room inspections did remind me eerily of OH. His wife is nothing like me though. I used to sweeten the pill a bit so to speak, and was a bit of a pushover, so we cancelled out our own worst traits.


This was Laissez faire versus Police state. Fur had to fly.

Still I think step dad Roy learned a very valuable lesson about enjoying his children's company, maybe they won't go wild at university after all.

We can only hope the two girls in the other family can learn to cope with some discipline and order, or they will be pretty unemployable.

And, OK, I admit it, Jade looks pretty good. Just please, PLEASE do not put her in as a cousin of Kat in Eastenders or something. AAAAARRRRGH

I thought last night's Wife Swap was a bit misleading ROB, as it seemed like the Laissez Faire approach worked much better than the Police State.

However, like you I suspect that the two girls are real pains to deal with at school because they are not used to being told what to do.

I wonder why people do Wife Swap as well, surely they know they're going to look bad!
