GORGEOUS Nush Nowak last night told of her joy at finding a new love - at her hospital bedside.

The Big Brother babe's latest boyfriend is handsome television researcher Sam Ornbo.

The sparks of romance flew while Nush, 24, was trussed up in a hospital bed after her thigh bone was broken and her kneecap shattered in a horrific street mugging.

She told the Sunday Mirror: "Sam visited almost every day. He was so sweet and thoughtful. He looked after me really well through a horrible time.

"One night he missed a party with all his mates and slept on the floor in my room so I wouldn't be lonely. Everyone else was out getting drunk and having fun and he was with me."

Once Nush was back on her feet they began dating. She had previously been romantically linked with fellow Big Brother star Scott Turner, 28, but she insists they were just friends.

She was publicly dumped by her previous long-term boyfriend Geoff Negus, 34, while she was still on the Channel Four show this summer.

She said: "I've not exactly had the greatest of luck with men. I've now started to think of myself more and being very careful."

Nush met 24-year-old Sam several months ago before going into the Big Brother house but they never imagined love could be on the cards.

"We didn't really speak to each other much and I still had a boyfriend so it never really crossed our minds," added Nush.

But as soon as Sam started visiting during her three-week stay at the Royal Free Hospital in North London, her heart started racing.

"We've only just started properly dating," she said. "Life couldn't be better."

Nush is still living at home in Malvern, Worcs, with mum Elzbieta and step-dad David Shields. But while she is in London for fashion shoots and showbusiness bashes she has been staying with Sam and his older brother George at his £280,000 flat in Hampstead.

"I'm looking for my own flat, so staying with Sam is only a temporary thing," she said.

Nush - still hobbling around on crutches following the mugging - is expected by doctors be able to walk unaided within weeks.

Police have still made no progress in finding the thug who attacked Nush and swiped her bag in Kentish Town, North London."

I still would have liked her to be with Scott but this guy sounds great!
