Question to the mods/admins
 

No disrespect to GiRTH, but could I please have an explanation as to why he has been unbanned and has had all of his warning(s) cleared.

This is kinda unfair on every single member that has been banned from this forum.

EDIT: Thanks to Sunny and GiRTh (Via U2U) for clearing this up. It was my mistake - I thought GiRTh was banned, not on an indefinite warning. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by the posting of this thread.

An explanation

Girth was NEVER banned. He recieved a warning which gave him a 7 day posting ban. He CHOSE not to come back until this point. That is why he is back.

As for warnings cleared etc.. there must have been a problem with the re-activation of his account that we are already aware of and looking at.

Just to clear up the point about warnings... he's never received an actual warning (recorded by the forum) before so that is why he doesn't have any now.

The rules on permanent bans haven't changed... once you're banned you're banned. There wouldn't be much point in giving them if we changed that.
