Wedding Songs

We are having two pieces of music for our wedding, one for before the ceremony and one for when we sign the register. We are allowed to pick anything we want!

Now, I'm not the soppy sentimental type and neither is OH so we were thinking of something slightly more upbeat to get people smiling, and we would be grateful for suggestions.

(Welcome to The Pleasure Dome by Frankie Goes To Hollywood is a favourite of mine!!!!! :laugh:)

Well when we got married OH told everyone we were going to have

"Fight the Good Fight" :shocked::shocked:

How about "Celebration Time"

What about 'I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do' by Abba while you're signing the register?

Pathetic? Thought so! :laugh:

Thinking cap's on, though . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

When we got married I asked for 'The Lord's My Shepherd, I'll not want' (Crimond)

However, at the ceremony he put up 'Oh God Our Help in Ages Past' instead.

I particularly liked the 'Defend us from the stormy blast' bit and we giggled away along with half the congregation.

If I had only known he was bl**dy clairvoyant!

I think

'Signed, sealed delivered' as you leave the building and perhaps go in to

'I put a spell on you'!:laugh:
