I did read in a magazine that one of the EE secrets is that they don't film everything on the same day. They gave an example.

E.G. If Bert walked into the Vic and order a pint, he may only get it a day later.

They may film the rest tomorrow! Or maybe they have gone into the studio and have turned the lights off for the time being?
