Mel C revealed that the Spice Girls will be completely naked for a portion of their upcoming world tour, not just body-suit naked like before. Although you won't get to see anything (unless something good happens!) because the girls will be hiding behind various props. A source says:

"It is their raunchiest routine ever and they just can't wait. It is going to be no holds barred. But they're all in great shape, so why shouldn't they just go for it?"
