Why has my BBO2 thread gone?
 

I recently made a thread titled 'Big Brother Online 2' to advertise an upcoming online game. It has vanished, for some reason, and I can't understand why. There was no links towards the actual site or anything, only a Myspace link, which I thought was allowed. Now, that thread took me a while to come up with the right wors to say etc, so can someone please explain to me why it has gone?

I don't think advertising is allowed.

Advertising isn't allowed on TiBB. Personal social networking profiles are alright, in the appropriate thread.

Well people before did it, and it was allowed.

It's not been allowed for as far back as I can remember.

Also, the admins tend to frown upon Virtual Big Brothers

Yeah, I think the key-word is 'advertise'. You can put up links as long as it's not for the purpose of self-promotion or you can put Myspace, Facebook links etc. in the right thread.
