I am now making this a official campaign! We want our soap sub forums!

Why we should have a sub forum

You enter TV chat, you want to see what topic's there are, but then you are faced with lots of soap threads. Annoying?

Please create us a Soap sub forum, as soaps are a very big part of Britains TV today! It will take away less 'strain' on the TV Chat forum, and it will make it look much tidier!

A thread devoted to a soap would be less beneficial in my opinion...
As some people may still post outside of that topic regardless, because there won't be any written rule with it saying you HAVE to post in that topic.

Plus it could disappear off the page, which again could mean people will post seperate topics about that soap. Or even forget the topic exists altogether.

A subforum would be a good idea, since you can write a little about it underneath telling people to post in there only, for that particular soap.

So I back the idea =]

Can we also have sub forums about shampoo, conditioner toothpaste and other items related to personal hygiene

Maybe one devoted to other detergents like washing powder.

I seem to be using Daz (The soap you can believe in)

However when it comes to washing up liquid, I am all over the shop as it were.

Well I think that we shouldn't have a sub-forum for everything. We already have so many. Soaps are on TV then they are on the TV Chat forum.

Normally I would agree with you... but there are so many soap-related threads in TV chat and it's annoying having to navigate around them

I agree, it'd make the TV chat tider. And people won't have to deal with the whole spoilers in thread titles because they have the option of entering the specific soap section.

Can i just ask were we stand on this issue?

But if the mods agreed with him, why didn't they give any answer ?

That would be a little boring. Instead of having just one thread for soaps they could be split into one sub-forum per soap.

That wouldn't solve the problem for people like me though who want to talk about soaps without having storylines spoiled as I'd still have to enter the sub-forum to read the other soap topics I want to read.

Easy now, there's not that many soap threads :rolleyes::laugh:
