How does the top 10 pan out?

This includes talent shows like the X Factor and Strictly Come Dancing (think that could top it).

I suspect BB might only narrowly make the list considering its on everyday most years, it on a less watched channel than other reality shows and its on for way longer than the likes of I'm A Celebrity.

So what are the results?

This is my opinion, I'm going by overall viewer opinion and ratings.

DOI was the most watched reality TV show of last year.

Yea, but for reasons I've mentioned it does extremely well, considering this is also done by average ratings.

Actually . . . DANCING ON BLOODY ICE?!!! Who the hell wathces that! Is it on BBC because I guess that'll be the reason.

Im suprised Shipwrecked got more then Maria.

It's on ITV. It gets really really really good viewing. I think because it has no real competition.

When does it air? Winter?

I also can't believe how well Strictly Come Dancing Does. Its so boring.

It didn't, but like I said I was going with mix of ratings, public opinion and the likes. I think Shipwrecked is more popular then Maria was.

I have a slight inkling Shipwrecked never beat BB - in fact I know it didn't!

It was a talent show owned by Andrew Lloyd Webber and hosted by Grayham Norton, where good singers battled it out to win the one space available as Maria in the Sound of Music. I think anyway... :conf2:

one of the contestants from Maria lives near me and she came second i think.
