Get under your duvet, watch a DVD and eat loads of chocolate.

CassetteFinger 10-11-2007 01:09 PM

Watch the Simpsons or come on here but recently its not that nice on here

Captain.Remy 10-11-2007 01:17 PM

It didn't happen much to me but when I have an argument with my girlfriend, I go under my duvet, listening to our music, eating chocolate and finally I call her in order to make the situation better.

Talk to people I like

Ann 10-11-2007 02:46 PM

I normally just sit down and cry it out of me as I cant get too stressed because of my epilepsy and i just get a cup of tea

Lauren 10-11-2007 03:29 PM

I ring a friend and see if they want to do something, like play pool in the bar (which is now 2 mins from me, woop!) ... or watch a movie (cinema is now also 2 mins from me, woop!). I need to keep myself busy so I can internalise my problems, until eventually they build up. It's not recommended, haha.

BigSister 10-11-2007 03:30 PM

i try and keep myself busy so i watch tv come on internet or watch a film

Conor 10-11-2007 03:32 PM

I listen to music, or watch something funny on TV. It works when Im angry to.

Princess 10-11-2007 03:33 PM

Listen to music. Never fails.

Shaun 10-11-2007 03:40 PM

Have a bath, then listen to some happy music and drink tea. :)

Those 3 = the answers to all of life's problems. Well OK maybe not cancer or genocide, but still...one step at a time...

Go for a nice long walk on the beach, which is 10 minutes away from me.Or ifs it's a rainy day go shopping, buy myself something nice.

Bridget Jones's Diary always cheers me up

I tend to eat... and it's normally when I'm by myself so there aren't any limits. Not such a good thing, because when I'm stressed it's easy to get sad a lot which equals eating a lot...

supernoodles! 10-11-2007 09:57 PM

aww i dont have that one unfortunatly

Retroman 10-11-2007 10:00 PM

Do you do anything to cheer yourself up supernoodles?
Or did you make this topic to try and find some ideas out?

I personally go to the beach at night, since it's only down the road...and have a think.

Or listen to music/play computer games >_< only if I haven't got the option of going out somewhere with some people. Going out is usually a winner, providing you've got fun/decent friends...
Which im sure most people have, hopefully.

Nobody wants dull friends ^_^

Bells 10-11-2007 10:02 PM

I'd like to add going out does help as well, but I do that anyway - I'm talking about when I'm on my own... (So I don't sound like a total recluse or anything).

Retroman 10-11-2007 10:08 PM

Oh dear, retail therapy...how could I have missed that?
Spending usually cheers me up no end.

The more money spent the further my happiness levels seem to increase. Which im assuming is the case for everyone, unless you feel extremely guilty afterwards lol.

Depends what it is. Listen to some pop or dance.
