And in a chilling outburst, the model threatened to stab the PR guru, and cook and eat her breasts.
Janice was heard making the sick comment by a shocked Jason 'J' Brown, of band 5ive, after he made an innocent remark about beds.
He said: We've got bed envy. Look at your two beds. They are really dry and comfortable."
Janice then said about Lynne: "I'm going to stab her in the middle of the night and take hers. You think I'm kidding? I'll eat her t*ts. I'll fry up those big old boobs."
To which J replied: "You two have got to sort it out.
"You're both going at each other and winding each other up."
The arguments erupted as Dickinson, whose male conquests are said to include Mick Jagger and Jack Nicholson, lost her first Bushtucker Trial despite insisting on facing the challenge for her team.
The women argued non-stop while cooking their first dinner, with Dickinson, 52, dubbing Franks, 59, said to be the inspiration for Edina in Absolutely Fabulous, a "freak" and a "shrew".
The row erupted on their first night in camp after Franks read out the contents of their evening meal and suggested they save some for the next evening.
Dickinson barked: "I don't mind you suggesting things Lynne, but can I have an opinion over here about what I stick in my gob?"
Franks, a mother-of-two, ignored her and ploughed on: "Anyway, as I was saying, so there's fruit and veg, there's masses of food and you are going to sleep now."
Dickinson muttered under her breath: "Freak".
Franks told her rival: "Well I don't care about what you do. I'm keeping some of my fruit and veg."
Dickinson told her: "I held your hand the whole way down the ravine, pal."
Later, as the pair were cooking, the PR guru had a go at the self-proclaimed "world's first supermodel" for the way she put the vegetables into the pot.
She said: "I don't think I have ever seen cooking like that. I don't think that's the way to do it, but do what you want."
Franks, who said she is taking part in the show as an inspiration for older women, could not resist adding: "They haven't even been washed."
Plastic surgery fan Dickinson explained: "It washes them in the water" but Franks continued: "Well, for someone who's so fastidious..."
The model told Franks to "knock off the remarks," adding: "I'm not saying anything derogatory towards you, I'm trying to help."
But Franks would not let the matter rest, continuing: "You just threw all the veg in without asking anyone else what they wanted."
Dickinson repeated: "Knock off the remarks" but Franks snapped back: "I don't give a sh**.
Dickinson, a former judge on America's Next Top Model, asked: "You don't give a s ?" Franks answered: "No, I really don't give a sh**."
Dickinson told her: "Well OK, that's up to you."
When Franks tried to return to the subject of cooking, saying: "We could put some oil on here" Dickinson told her: "You can do whatever you want, you shrew." Franks said: "I'm doing it as a team."
Dickinson maintained: "So am I" and the argument continued about who would turn the fish over in the pan.
Eventually Franks lay down on her bed and said she was too tired to argue. She admitted: "You're aggressive, you're bossy, all the same things I am and then it's just like too much."
The two argued again when their team, Snake Rock, was asked to choose a celebrity to represent them in the first Bushtucker Trial.
Rival team Crock Creek selected ex-EastEnders actor Marc Bannerman. Dickinson told her group: "I'm doing it - if you want me to do it."
Franks insisted: "The whole point is democratically discussing it." Despite others offering to carry out the task, Dickinson insisted: "I'm ready to win.
"You know I will do my very best 100 per cent to kick ass no matter what if I have to eat, sleep, s***, *******, whatever I'll do it," she said.
But despite her self confident claims to camp-mates, as she strong armed them into letting her do the challenge, it was an abysmal failure.
When Ant introduced the trial - being placed on a giant rotating cog wheel and trying to retrieve five stars in a carriage under their heads containing creatures - Dickinson shouted: "Good *********' grief".
After being strapped to the wheel, Dickinson said: "Wow this is so S and M, I think I like it."
She added: "I have two children and this is nothing".
But as the first carriage was wheeled along containing eels, she shouted: "Stop. I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! No, not with eels no.
"I can't do it. I can take any other thing, I can't do this one, I'm not even going to try."
She then managed four out of five stars in the box of fish guts, but cried out "forfeit..forfeit" at the final task, containing meal worms.
After being persuaded to have another go, she failed to get any stars and ended up coughing and spluttering from the mealworms.
The celebrities in Dickinson's team were left starving after she failed to win any food.
The following morning, Dickinson and Franks hugged and made up, complimenting each other on their "healthy legs" and jewellery.
