Shayne Ward: Only 1 X Factor hopeful can sing

However, he added: “I like Beverley. She seems such a nice person and has a good voice."

He also tipped girl band Hope, saying: “And you’ve got five good-looking girls in Hope who can put on a show.”

She can shout power ballads. But as we saw with Because of You and All That Jazz, she isn't great. :bored:

I agree, she doesn't suit power ballads like those. She was great when singing Nothing Compares To You though, because she didn't need to really belt out as everytime she does belt out it's not very good. She has a great voice but I think Louis is giving her the wrong songs.

I agree Niki does have a tencency to shout big notes but in other parts of songs she shows amazing control. If they gave her a good vocal coach she'd win easy.
