Helen is really on form in her Western Mail column this week with two Paul Clarke mentions.

Oh you wont believe the week I've had it's been one non-stop beauty treatment after another - I'm exhausted. Feel sorry for me, do you?

Nope, didnt think so. That's exactly what Paul said...... funny that!

She went to the Sanctuary and had a Hot Sugar Body Polish which she then goes on to rave over. What did she think of it = well:-

That evening my skin felt so amazing that even Paul Clark (missed out the e again) noticed! In fact he said he wanted to have a go to see if it worked magic on him too!

Now I dont want to boast but I use this product myself and it really does make your skin feel fantastic, so if Mr C would like some help in trying it out, I would be more than willing to show him how to use the product. :blush::blush:

The heavenly Mr Clarke noticed, mmm, perhaps enough detail on how that
happened. :blush: That's just Helen showing off - like she did on the
occasion she mentioned that she and Paul didn't get up until 5pm.

I am sure he is very attentive and complimentary.

What I can't work out is, if Helen is doing the body treatments for the
WM, hair snipping for Saks, 'teachin' dancin' for LA fitness, and doing
Britney/Kylie/Barbie fantasy dress up children's parties with her
friend, how on earth she has any time left for Mr Clarke!

Hope she isn't neglecting him...mind you, she does run on batteries..
