The truth is sad

I have just been looking for Images for my art project, based on conflict.
I have decided to do the way the Jews were treated by the Nazis.

The Images are truly sick.

So come on, lets be gratefull for what we have, and make the most of the world we have and live in.

Here is the site

im not going to look at those pics.but back in March i went to "Auswitz"(nazi concentration camp)and it was soo sad to see how they all died and look at there clothes and personal items.

1 of my friends at school was going to make a Nazi phone, where Hitlers moustache lifted of to that bit that you can hear people speak, is it the receiver? But he wasnt alowed to. lol at the idea though.

I much prefer not to see these pics, it makes me feel bad.

We're our own worst enemy.
The eventual extinction will be our own fault.

There have been countless horrific occurrences in the past, many of which some probably know nothing about. But they happened nonetheless. Of course it’s important to be grateful for what we have and the world we live in, rather than close our eyes to what's around.
Still, sadly, the truth is extremely sad. It seems that the day when everyone will be corrupt to some extent is approaching faster and faster.

Ditto, When i used to do History as a subject, we used to see those images and they used to be distressing.

I think that is rather 'amazing', that huge parts of History have happend, that nobody even knows about. Just Imagine what could be discovered if a Time Machine was made!

Also imagine the amount of Conflict that could result.

Also worth to bear in mind that there's probably worse things happening to innocent people right this moment.

Thats what is so upseting.

But the scale of this - Its just unbelieable.

There's a lot of so called "evidence" backing up the theory that the holocaust never happened...

But I wasn't there, so im not really one to make a comment about it.

I hate to sound selfish, but I find it hard to think to myself about how difficult some people's lives are, when I myself have some form of troubles.

Thinking "Oh well im having problems, but some people have it much worse...I should be grateful" doesn't actually help, not for me anyway.

Other people's issues shouldn't detract anything from mine, since it's my life and im the only one having to face them.

That's providing we're talking about genuine problems here, and not just petty things such as "I have a headache, ive got homework, im in a relationship but really like someone else" etc etc.

Some people have it much easier, and I wouldn't like to know their pity for me or my situation is making them feel better.

So True. There was a program on the BBC just days ago about a
care center in Bulgaria for mentally handicapped children. Their condition deteriorated once admitted and nearly all of them were just skin and bones with no care whatsoever. It was tragic to see, and they were regularly beaten by the laundry man.

There is an exhibition on the holocaust ot The Imperial War Museum in London. It is quite harrowing, but very interesting.
