The former Hollyoaks babe opened her heart to fellow campers Cerys and Biggins about her relationships.
She said: "There are times I've laid on the floor crying my eyes out, begging for someone to stay with me.
"I look back now and think why?"
She then raved about footballer boyfriend Marcus Bent, saying: "Since getting back with Marcus, I realise how good I can have it.
"When you meet someone and it's amazing, you think how could I have wasted my time on the other ones?"
She added: "Marcus is very affectionate and sometimes I'll be with my girl mates and he'll say he wants to see me, but I'll be like, 'I saw you two days ago.'
"But after this, I don't want to let him out of my sight.
"I'm going to handcuff him to me and keep him with me all the time."
