Hope rooting for star Rhydian
IT may be the end of the road for Hope, but they are backing Welsh star Rhydian all the way.

The all-girl group got the boot last Saturday, waving goodbye to the semi-finals and Leona Lewis' crown.

Feisty Leah said: "We are so blessed to have been on The X Factor and are now rooting for Rhydian.

"He's such a nice guy.

"Although the competition is open at the moment we really want him to win."

Raquelle also backed the incredible singer, saying: "Rhydian is just a wonderful, humble and chivalrous guy.

"You can't get a nicer person and he is a super singer."

Mum Charlie said: "I really want Rhydian to win.

"He's going to get my vote."

Although the fivesome are sad to have been axed, they are thankful to the show for thrusting them into the limelight.

Leah denied rumours they have come to blows, saying: "We've laughed at some of the things that have been written.

"It's just made us stronger and closer."

Raquelle even defended losers Futureproof for slagging them off, saying: "They must have been bitter that Simon Cowell chose us over them.

"No matter what they say we wish them all well.

"We still think they are talented, but they can say what they want - we are who we are."

But one person who didn't get the girl's vote was judge Louis Walsh.

Leah slammed the Irish mentor for mocking Dannii Minogue on the live show, after he claimed she couldn't sing in tune.

She said: "It was uncalled for.

"As performers ourselves it's so hard to get onstage, so in a way it was unfair.

"I'd like to see Louis up there doing it."

Raquelle revealed she was shocked when happy-slapping Emily was kicked off the show.

She said: "She was always sweet to us.

"We were shocked."

They denied The X Factor is panto, crediting the show for putting them together.

And poor old Charlie said her son Jack was happy when they got the boot - as it meant he could see his mummy again.
