Should be good, she did USE to be a good stand-up comedian. It's quite a big name actually, bigger than I expected the celebs to be.

I actually I think BB:CH will be really successful, so much so I wish they'd just keep it to channel 4 for a wider audience. Joan Rivers is quite well known (miles more famous than the has beens in regular CBBs). Hopefully her and a few other big names will raise the show's profile and gain publicity. I'm just praying the celebs don't have some passive role where they're just basically the "middle man" and really the producers pull the strings.

I originally thought that the Celebs might help out the housemates, give them advice etc, seeing as the housemates are meant to have 'talents'...the celebs could help them hone those talents. Say if there is a budding comedian in there then Joan could come in for the day and set a comedy task. Something along those lines.

She's a Z-lister. She and her daughter have an interview show every time there's some red carpet awards on the TV Guide Channel (You know, the channel where half of the screen is ads mainly and the other half is what's on currently on what channels?)
