Similarities between x-factor and BB8!
 

I've just realised there are striking coincidences between this year's x-factor and bb:

1. An Emily was kicked out early for breaking rules!
2. A pantomine villian stole the show, and was the most talked about. (Rhydian & Charley).
3. A pair of fun-loving and happy siblings brought energy and positivity to the show. (Same Difference & Samanda)
4. The winners were unfancied by the bookies and undeserving of the victory. (Leon & Brian)

Weird!!!

Arguably point 4 is incorrect.

Emily didnt break the rules!

That's my opinion and a lot of other people feel the same, but I was right that they were not the bookies' favourites to win.

And the best girl was kicked off/evicted first - Kimberley/Shabnam. :tongue:

Well she was forced to leave because of her behaviour and not to damage the show's image, which are similar reasons why EmilyBB was kicked out.

Well as far as we know for certain, she quit, she didnt "break any rules"

Some of best people went 1st : Shabs and Kim!!

Another similarity is the total lack of talent in general from both casts. :bigsmile:

But I suppose that's down to personal opinion and not fact.

Simon reportedly said if she didn't quit, she would be kicked off the competition.

There similarities between the winners of each series.

Series 1 - Craig (BB) and Steve (XF)
Both ok winners out of a bad bunch, never hear of them again

Series 2 - Brian (BB) and Shayne (XF)
Both do work and are still heard of today

Series 3 - Kate(BB) and Leona (XF)
Both very deserving winners of a great series

Series 4 - Cameron (BB) and Leon (XF)
Rubbish series and a rubbish winner.

Is a transvesti going to win next years x fctor?

Could be. Hopefully it will be a deserving entertaining winner like Nadia

Will the winner be called Le the year after that who is a 60's dancer?!

She was forced to quit after it was discovered she goes around beating people up. So yeah, she was kicked out.

I only agree with the 4th point because obviously, 2007 has been the year of the loosing favorites.

And I really can't wait to see the ****** named Leo, should be fun loool

Craig's still about doing shows on the Discovery channel(s) and UKTV Style (i think it's style...) :tongue:

i thought it was just a bad year to be called emily on a relaity tv programma haha!
and yes it is a bit wierd.

You're right about the similarities between winners:

Series 1: Both won by males who had a large female fanbase but you look back and struggle to remember why they won. The runners-up on both series were ultimately more successful.( G4 sold more albums and Anna has a successful TV career in Ireland)

Series 2: Both entertaining series with a talented and successful winner who was of Irish heritage.

Series 3: Both brilliant series won by deserving, successful females from London, who's surnames began with L and had W as the third letter - LaWler and LeWis!

Series 4: Both won by dull, forgettable Scots who's first names ended in ON - CamerON and LeON! Both series will probably be remembered for the presence of more eccentric contestants - Jon Tickle and Rhydian Roberts.

Which means series 5 of the X Factor should be brilliant and be won by an entertaining and deserving GROUP as Nadia was both male and female!:laugh:
