Big Brother South Africa, also Big Brother Philippines sometimes uses English.

Yeah South Africa and Philippines (sometimes more in the CBB version)

Yeah that was the one, not CBB but I'm sure they did a little bit anyway.
The Teen version uses it more due to the fact some housemates are not from Philippines, like the winner who's from China.

well... she's not really from china.. she's half chinese but was born in philippines...

Yeah Pinoy BB uses quite a bit of english. Not all the time but enough to follow a series.
