You could buy one, and redisgn it, else, you could ask for land.

I have just bought a house, Option One!

I can now reveal that four plots of land have came on sell, with planning permission. However, it will result in the destruction of a small 200 year old forest, the only remaing land for many cyber animals.

Can I take 2 plots and give a grant for the forest to be replanted else where and have the animals safely re located?

Online society Green Web are angered to find out that more land is to be destroyed in order to build more homes. The group plan to hold a protest today at Two PM, on the site. Online police force will be called in as it is believed they plan to vandalise many of the new homes built.
