I loved it when the serious BB voice said "Please step away from the purple ninja" They havent been mean to either him or Martin because they are "fictional characters". Martin was used in the task as a "prop" and the purple ninja just as a gag. They aint gonna go home and cry because the "housemates were mean to them".

It's not a magic ninja, it's a purple ninja.

It was just a little bit of fun for them because they didn't expect that and they wanted to know who was the ninja.

I'm sure that both Martin and the Purple Ninja are lauging all the way to the bank!
