a good tip but dnt do it is gt dumped by ur long term bf who u love dearly for another girl it makes u stp eating n the weight just drops off its how i lost weight but u feel like rubbish cos losing my bf was like losing a part of me n i love him n wish he had feelings for me like i do 4 him :(
