What makes your summer?
 

What makes up those longs summer days for you?
I just thought of it, after I found a summer song thread.

Is it sunbathing, holidays, parties, being with friends or family, music, being bored, beaches, ice cream....?

Big Brother (obviously - but it has to be a good series for it to remind me of summer), the smell of freshly cut grass and the sound of a distant lawn mower. Barbecues, going out with friends, drinking outside in the evenings when it's still light at 10pm. I love Summer!

Sleeping off a hangover. I hate summer days, hate the sun, hope we have a wet summer this year. :tongue:

hopefully somone will make a song oppisite to UMbrella and we can have a great summer.

-Big Brother.
-Sun (well I have it most of the time but it's hotter)
-Beach (500 meters from my house)
-Parties.
-Alcohol.
- My Girlfriend.
-Go to bed at 6am and to wake up at 2pm.
-A trip to another country.
-Be half-naked all day long.
-And a little bit of work.

Generally being alot warmer
Clear Skies
Good range of new songs
Chilling on the beach
Big Brother
Staying out late and its still light

Being out most of the time
Falling asleep in the garden

Being outside until about 3am

Wearing shorts
Lazing in the garden
Having the windows open all day
Going on holiday

Big Brother, holidays, nice weather, being able to wear shorts/t-shirts, being able to chill outside into the early hours. Basically providing the weather is nice summer is just a great time of year.

Freshly cut grass, picnics under big trees, random walks, water fights, alcohol, parties, midday naps, staying out late with alcohol in a garden watching the sunset, not sleeping til 6am.

Staying bright out till 10pm. I love that cause i hate going out on by myself at like 6pm atm cause its so dark. So that makes my summer just staying brighter for longer.

Warm weather. Cool breezes. Staying light til really late. Being able to leave your doors and windows open. Beer. Loud music. Sun. Sitting outside bars in the sunshine. Being able to wear t-shirts and shorts. Beaches. The sea. Holidays...............

I hate the summer and I can't stand the sun. The family barbecues and the all-night parties are good though!

The warm days
The shade
The smell of summer, people being happy
everything about summer

Going to a mates house, then going out all day to the park having a water fight! then stay in the garden until 9pm then go watch BB then go in the garden until the early hours of the month!

The days hanging out with friends doing absolutly nothing and having so much fun.
Going to bed at 5 after watching DVD's and getting up at 1.
Sunbathing for hours on end.
Clothes in summer are so much prettier so wearing nice outfits!
Not having anything you actually have to do. Freedom-3 months of pure bliss!
Oooh and my birthday.

No school and lots of trips to Alton Towers!
