Girl, 16, has second set of triplets
 

A 16-year-old girl has given birth to triplets for the second time in a case which has stunned doctors and caused outrage in Argentina.

The girl, named only as Pamela, had a second set of female triplets earlier this month after giving birth to her first set at the age of 15 in July 2006. She had her first child, a boy, when she was just 14.

All seven children were born prematurely but without any kind of fertility treatment. While doctors say the three newborns and their mother are well, the case has sparked debate across Argentina.

The girl, who turns 17 on Monday, and comes from the town of Leones in the province of Cordoba, has received help from local authorities, including the building of a house for the family on some donated land.

Pamela's mother, Magdalena, 49, who works as a cleaner to support her grandchildren, said: "When we knew that we would again have triplets we wanted to die. She has no job, the father of the triplets left and I am the sole breadwinner for her and her family."

The case has sparked debate across the Roman Catholic country, with the media saying rather than financial help, she should have received better sex education and birth control advice.

That doesn't make her a slag, it does take two, though she is a silly girl, let's hope she get's halp then looking after theat many kids.

Firstly, she's in South America.
Secondly, in Africa most people are Catholic and are told by the pope not to use contraception - hence the high number of children being born.
Furthermore, in Africa the age of consent is still 16-18-21, and so regardless of whether it's societal norms to have many children, she is still breaking the law HAD she been in Africa.

Isn't Argentina in Affrica. And I don't like Geography its my worst subject, and I won't be taking orders from someone over the internet...

So what about the guy? is he a male slag and a slapper, tramp etc as well? Or just her because she is a girl? Now as far as I know it takes two to tango, so he is just as much to blame, but as always it's the girls fault :rolleyes:

For all we know she may have only had sex the 3 times she caught. Just because she has been pregnant 3 times and very unlucky to end up with 7 kids out of it does not make her a slag.

Anyway i feel for her it must be so hard for her im a mum of 1 and 1 on the way and i sometimes struggle with the tants and screaming ETC

Who to say its the same father? But if it is then yes he is just as bad as her but the article is talking about her, not both of them.
