i dont watch BB Italy but are you saying a man is kissing a man but he think the man is a woeman

Its like the Nadia situation, they all think this "man" is a woman.She did lots of things done and she does not look like a man at all, she actually looks like a fit woman and this guy just kissed her...If only he knew!

But im wondering would you call her a man(because she was born male) or a female because of the change.
