Editing hair/eye/clothes colours!
 

What's a good program to use if you want to do that?

Like change just the full hair colour.. I don't know what to use and I'm no good at graphics. If someone can help, and just right down the basic things on how I edit the photo. I'll love you very much, please? thankssss.

Photoshop?

Select the hair/clothes/eye with the marquee tool.
then go to either layers > hue/saturation
or.
fill and use blending options.

You can really do it in any graphic programme, you just need to find a good tutorial. I'm sure I know a site that has some. I'll have a look for you. :thumbs:
