Britney Spears's ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has reportedly been stabbed.

JFXonline claims that the Birmingham-born paparazzo sustained cuts to his arm and face during an attack on Saturday night. He also suffered a black eye.

The 35-year-old is now recovering after being treated for his injuries. The website also alleged that he has received death threats in recent weeks.

He is rumoured to have split with Spears last month after she found text messages from another woman on his mobile.
