In any case the topic wording is misleading, equating telling people of one's transsexual past with "coming out", a term usually used by lesbians and gay men.
When they "come out" they are telling people who they really are. Nadia is already showing people who she is, who she had to go through much to fully become. Her past is stuff which is more likely to get in the way of people seeing that truth. She's a woman now, not any of the other classes of existence she used to be seen as ("boy", "transsexual", "freak", whatever). If she tells people about that she would be telling about a past medical condition she has a right to keep private, if she wishes. It's not dishonest to hesitate to talk about medical issues from the past that caused immense personal pain. That's very different to "coming out", and a difference many lesbians and gay men seem the one's who have most difficulties understanding or respecting - it was a lesbian and a gay man who were the first on BB to be seen discussing Nadia's possible past behind her back.
This is probably going to be very revealing...
