So, April is here and it’s time for the Internet to start with the Big Brother 9 rumours. It’s the same thing every year, but every year I still get suckered in and excited by every thing I hear.

This is the first set of rumours, supposedly from an Endemol insider. But you know to take em with a pinch of salt, right?

* Launches Thursday 22 May
* 93 days
* Monday-Thursday 10pm, Friday-Sunday 9pm
* Caroline Flack/Steve Jones presenting BBLB
* Bigger house; bigger garden; no house next door
* Public vote to follow Aus system: vote to save/evict
* Prize fund £250,000; personal banks of up to £10,000
* Live challenges on Weds E4; presented by Flack
* Eviction the day after launch; 3 ‘or more’ up depending on how they fare in a launch night task

not true.. its already been (virtually) confirmed that the launch will be on the 5th of june.

Well the date is wrong so the rest of it is probably wrong.

tickets are now for sale for the live launch at Applause Store, dated 5th june 2008

I know but C4 have not officially confirmed it yet so im waiting until that day.

then why post rumors that it will launch on Thursday 22 May ?

I posted it because its another idea, so that people can discuss it, the whole point of a forum, everyone last year on other forums were insisting that it was a June 1st launch and it wasnt so thats why i posted it because it could begin on the 22nd or another date.

Oh and btw these rumours are not mine, there of a website, so inever said it was starting on the 22nd (read everything before you jump to conclusions)

fair enough, but if C4 have released tickets to sell online, it is VERY probable that the launch is on june 5th. i appologise if i came across as abit harsh though

I think those rumours are from the beginning of April by the way lol, I found them last month before the June Launch was announced.
