Not only is Jason an authority on how to keep fit - he's now giving tips on how to create tension and avoid eviction. And his star pupil, Ahmed, has put them to use with immediate effect this evening.

Standing in the kitchen with Jason, Ahmed suddenly unleashed his pent up feelings, saying,"two people - I dislike them completely."

But before he had the chance to elaborate, Jason weighed in with his first top tip.

"The people that are watching," opined Jason "... they hate people that talk behind other people's backs. That's called bitching." He added, "But they love honesty... and they'll see that in you".

As Ahmed revealed how difficult he found it to confront people, Jason had further advice. "You don't have to be everybody's friend... start getting involved in discussion... start getting noticed".

"Create conflict," added the bulging Scot.

"I'm very good at debating" offered Ahmed, spurred on by his new mentor.

Jason is all ears

Jason, on a roll, continued his pep talk "You get in there and become the centre of attention in that group... that's what'll keep you in the House."

Telling Ahmed that he was too quiet in group conversation, the 30-year-old warned, "If you don't become interesting, you'll go."

Referring to an earlier incident where Marco had upset Ahmed, Jason went on "If he's irritating you, say 'Marco, you're irritating me'"

Steeling himself, Ahmed did exactly as instructed and minutes later headed across the grass to confront Marco with a heartfelt, "I cannot hide my emotions."

Marco, looking stunned, listened carefully as the 44-year-old made his feelings known.

"What made me angry - you treated me like a child,", said the Somalian, referring to his belief that the campest member of the House had blanked him that morning.

After a brief conversation, and with the air cleared, Ahmed wandered off...

I am glad that Ahmed found someone to listen to how he was feeling. He is obviously a very intelligent man who is longing for someone of equal intelligence to talk to.

I hope that he now feels he has someone to talk to in the future.

nah he's obviously just a very serious guy who completely doesn't belong in there.

Nah..I wish poser jason would pipe down and let people make there own mistakes.

It's more entertaining than some amateur simaritan type person trying to steer others in a direction he thinks they should go.

Jason has made a big one in my eyes and it's called interference with the natural progression of peoples behavour which will screw up the potential dynamics of the show......

bananarama is even more  this year...
