Christmas Day or your birthday
 

Out of the two which do you prefer and why?

Christmas day. More stuff, better atmosphere, better build up, going alot more places, everyone's happy, a long holiday and overall a special time of the year for me and my family.

Although since my Birthday is on the 19th December, I share alot of that build up and experience :laugh:

Birthday (*Whispers*which is today!) Just generally prefer it. :spin2:
I do like the build of christmas though, just the general atmosphere I can be excited a month before christmas.

Both actually, I cannot choose.
Christmas because it's in family, a special atmosphere and a great dinner.
Birthday because I can party all weekend long, drinking as much as I want, just get completely deluded...well I do that all year long but this time I'm kinda forgiven. :tongue:

The two are very different for me, Christmas is a time for giving and making sure the kids have the best time ever..... to see there faces is just magical.

Where as birthday's are ok, its just a day where your age gets greater every year. For many many years my birthday has been crap so they dont hold much in my opinion

Theres not much of a difference for me because my birthday is the day after Christmas. I wish it wasn't, it would of been so much better if it was in the summer so its spread out across the year.

I get presents on my birthday.
I get presents on Christmas.

But with Christmas everyone is happy and jolly with a fantastic dinner and just relaxing with the family!! Imo thats much better than all the attention is on you on your birthday, not saying i don't like the attention, I'm just saying i rather everyone happy with presents, insted of just me. :bigsmile:

I agree, I love seeing my families faces, because its so great seeing them all happy.

agreed it has to be christmas !! its just the build up, the tree, the family, the smell of tinsel, tons of presents, loads of fun and the best dinner in the world cooked by the best gran ever :spin2:

birthday of course!When i was a kid i would have said christmas though simply because we got school holidays and more presents but now they bore me and i dont go to school any more so id have to say birthday.Everyone has to be nice to you on your birthday lol

Christmas it feels more of an event and everyone is in a good mood.

Christmas without a doubt. It's just more cheery and you get lots more presents :spin2:

My bday because my Grandma died on
Christmas Day at 2:00 and it
spoilt Christmas for us :sad:

andd also - and Christmas i don't get big presents, i get them all on my birthday because its like so close to it lol x

birthday as christmas im too stressed with working in a shop and also i get more excited on my birthday

Christmad cos I get more presents and cos its just the whole atmosphere surrounding it,the food,the deccies etc.

I love my birthday but its never anything major.
