When will Mikey become a stress on the house?
 
He needs lots of assistance in his every day life.

Does Mario genuinely enjoy his company or is he trying to be a "nice guy" by looking after him.

While Mario is in there he wont stress the house
I think Mario is a nice guy, does enjoy his company and I suppose helping him is something to do.

People will sooner or later get annoying for everyone. But it's going to be a difficult situation for everyone.
